Having never shied away from a challenge, Karl has worked as a Compere, A stand Up, and even, for a time, as a fork lift truck driver. His passion for Improv resulted in being directed, by Keith Johnstone in a ‘Maestro‘ Show. As an Actor, he's walked the boards in Panto, toured Europe with theatre companies and appeared in a diverse range of Film and TV Productions.

Highlights include 3 seasons of hidden camera skits and live broadcasts on Noel's House Party. Playing everything from Darth Vader to a Bishop with a Sidecar (you‘ll have to ask him yourself!). At the time, playing to 13 million viewers a week.

High End comedy such as Only Fools and Horses, DAD, & 'Orrible.

Hard Hitting dramas with the likes of the BAFTA award winning, 'No Child of Mine'; favourites, such as, Eastenders, The Bill, Inspector Morse, The Long Firm and most recently, Rome-Rise and Fall of an Empire.

Internationally, Karl has appeared in Déjà vu, The Widow Maker and as the animated Character, Monroe, in the Sony PS2 game, The Getaway - Black Monday. With more than 1 million copies pre sold before its launch at the beginning of 2005, The Getaway became Karls 'Gateway' to full time Voice work.

Karl lists his interests as Martial Arts, Motorcycling and Improv. So, if you see, a Kung-Fu Chopper Riding Comic whizzing along the South Coast roads, give him a honk, he's probably en route to his next job.
